• This promotion is only valid for GSC REWARDS Members only.
• All prizes must be claimed in person at GSC headquarters (1, Jalan SS19/21, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.) during standard business hours (10:00 AM - 12:00PM / 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
• Under no circumstances will prizes be posted, couriered, or shipped to the winner’s address, as the goods are oversized, fragile, or high-value items that require secure, manual handling.
• Winners must present their GSC Rewards Member ID on their mobile app and their official winner’s notification email at the time of collection.
• Prizes must be collected within 30 days of the winner being notified. Failure to collect the prize within this window will result in the prize being forfeited.
• GSC does not accept any responsibility for lateness or failure of purchase due to internet and / or other technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• GSC does not accept any entry from transaction that purchase without login as GSC Rewards Member.
• GSC reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary, and / or if any circumstances beyond its control arises.
